Pre notice of the second forum on maritime administrative law of China - theory and practice of China's ship registration system in the new era
In order to promote the study of China's maritime administrative law and serve the major development strategy of building a national transportation and maritime power, Dalian Maritime University sponsored the Research Center for China's maritime policies, regulations and development strategy and the international maritime law research center of Dalian Maritime University, the key humanities and Social Sciences base of Liaoning Province, and the second "Research on China's maritime administrative law" "Tan" is scheduled to be held in Dalian at the end of November or early December 2020 (subject to the official notice).
The relevant matters of the meeting are hereby notified as follows:

Experts, scholars and graduate students engaged in the study of administrative law and maritime law in universities and research institutions, experts, cadres and business directors of maritime administrative organs, relevant departments of free trade zone (port), port shipping, shipbuilding enterprises and institutions and financial institutions engaged in ship financing, experts, experts of legislative and judicial organs and lawyers of relevant legal service institutions.
4、 Participating papers and Monographs
The deadline is November 20, 2020. Please send the document to the conference email address before the above deadline. The subject of the email is: author's name + title of thesis / special article.
In order to facilitate the compilation of theses, the papers submitted to the forum for exchange should conform to the corresponding academic standards. For the specific format requirements of the papers, please refer to the paper format specifications published in the Chinese maritime law research in 2020, and the papers submitted are recommended to be published in academic journals such as China Maritime Law Research.
5、 Forum agenda
The forum consists of keynote speech, special topic speech, paper exchange, question interaction, discussion and response, etc. to carry out academic exchanges around the topics.
The forum will be held in Dalian Maritime University for one day.
6、 Participation fee
The forum does not charge conference fees, registration fees, information fees and other fees. Personal transportation and accommodation expenses of participants shall be borne by themselves. Participants can book hotels around Dalian Maritime University by themselves or contact the conference affairs group.

Special guests, hosts, speakers, commentators and participants from Liaoning Province are invited to attend the offline venue (Dalian Maritime University).
