150000 DWT oil tanker settled in Yangpu Port of China
On August 30, the preparatory group of the international ship registration center of Hainan maritime administration handed over the international ship certificate of "yuandonghai" to COSCO marine energy transportation Co., Ltd., marking that China's Yangpu Port has entered the ranks of 100000 ton class giant ship clubs. Yuandonghai, with a deadweight of 150000 tons, is the largest oil tanker with the largest tonnage in the history of Hainan Province. It is also the largest ship registered with China Yangpu Port as its registered port.
Due to the novel coronavirus pneumonia, the "Donghai" wheel has delayed construction and trial operation, causing the ship to lose the ship. In order to enhance the confidence of enterprises, the preparatory group of the international ship registration center of Hainan maritime administration has launched the "one thing through one" government service mechanism for international ship registration, which regards the whole process from ship construction to operation as "one thing", opens a "green channel" and implements the online and offline parallel processing mode, so as to ensure that shipping companies can apply at any time. Since the last ten days of July, the preparatory group has dealt with 20 kinds of certificates and documents for ships, all of which have been completed on the same day. Among them, 17 certificate documents, such as ship ownership registration certificate and ship nationality certificate, have been applied for and completed on the day of ship delivery on August 30, reflecting the efficiency of maritime service.
In the next step, Hainan MSA will explore and promote the international ship registration policy and system system with Chinese characteristics, build a comprehensive quality management system for the port of registry, and shape the "gold lettered signboard" of China's Yangpu Port, so as to make positive contributions to the development of a new situation in the shipping industry of Hainan free trade port.
