In accordance with the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Transport on the Collection and Promotion of Experience in carrying out transport safety Management Activities, on the basis of the recommendation of provincial transport departments (bureaux, commissions) and maritime administration directly under the Ministry of Transport, five categories (a total of 55) of experience practices have been evaluated and produced, and are hereby publicized. Ii. Experience and practice in establishing coordination and linkage mechanism among departments responsible for safety management


(I) Experience in Inland River transport safety management -- building the "Six Major" linkage mechanism (declared by Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Transport, initially recommended by Fujian Port and Shipping Development Center);


(2) Carrying out the project of improving people's livelihood by changing the ferry with responsibility and affection, promoting the safety management of the ferry with intensity, brightness and temperature -- establishing the coordination and liaison mechanism of the safety management of the ferry (reported by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Transport, and recommended by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Transport in the initial review);

(3) Carrying out the project of changing the ferry to facilitate people's livelihood with responsibility and affection, promoting the safety management of the ferry with strength, brightness and temperature -- implementing the fund for the renovation and transformation of the ferry (declared by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Transport and recommended by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Transport in the initial review);


(4) Promote the reform and innovation mode management of transit public transportation to a higher level -- Put it into the government's fiscal budget (applied by Transport Bureau Leiyang City, initially recommended by Transport Department of Hunan Province);
